Indusvent have recently commissioned another High Efficiency Dust Extraction System comprising a JA235 cyclone with a JK75k-75kW main exhaust fan set for a Scottish Sawmill. This energy efficient system with auto-modulating 75kW fan set and suitably designed suction ductwork system will extract the airborne fine dust particulate generated by the Group Saws. The collected dust will be transported and discharged into the main mill sawdust conveyor via a series of Indusvent scraper conveyors.
This enables all the sawdust created from the sawmill process to be collected into one sawdust bunker for removal from site. This is now the 5th Indusvent extraction system on this particular site the first installation being back in 2005. All ductwork is to Indusvent standard construction, clip and flange assembly ensuring a totally smooth internal bore. The whole system is controlled via Indusvent’s latest PLC control panel with HMI and remote monitoring.
