A UK Leading pallet manufacturer have invested in a new automated pallet line whereby the requirement for a 24/7 operational, trouble free dust extraction system is essential.

The Indusvent Super-Blower system was selected being energy efficient and combined with high operating performance. The versatility of the proven Super-Blower system enabled multiple operational functions. Two main suction duct lines from the Super-Blower were installed each serving a dedicated machine line.

Using pneumatic slide dampers together with our electrical control system, changeover from ‘machine extraction’ to ‘Clean up mode’ is easily facilitated.  Enabling each machine line to comprise a dedicated clean up points for end of shift clean up. The Material extracted is pneumatically loaded into 2x 40ft road transportation containers also with automatic changeover upon full.
