This Compact dust filter is designed for small tasks/workshops and for internal location only.

The high efficiency extraction fan set is located on the clean air side of the filter, subsequently reducing fan noise and eliminating abrasion wear on the impeller and fan casing.

Dust collection is achieved by discharging into 200Ltr storage bin(s)

The RL200 has 2 of these mounted side by side providing 400ltr of waste capacity.

This range of dust filters are designed and are built in accordance with the EN 16770 standard (safety of

woodworking machines – extractors for wood dust and shavings for internal use – safety requirements).

OS Filter Range >9,000m3/Hour

This modular assembly dust filter is applied for small tasks/workshops and is for internal location only. Options for dust collection are either into plastic collection bags, steel bins with castors or sealed bulk bags being the most popular as these allow longer operating periods when compared with a plastic collection bag plus minimum workplace dust exposure to your personnel during bag changes as it’s a sealed bag with closing ties. The bulk bags are also the best option regarding manual handling as they can be transported via a pallet truck/forklift truck.

LS Filter Range >12,000m3/Hour

This modular assembly dust filter is applied for small tasks/workshops and is for external location only. Options for dust collection are either into plastic collection bags, steel bins with castors or sealed bulk bags being the most popular as these allow longer operating periods when compared with a plastic collection bag plus minimum workplace dust exposure to your personnel during bag changes as it’s a sealed bag with closing ties. The bulk bags are also the best option regarding manual handling as they can be transported via a pallet truck/forklift truck.

Screw Filter Range >25,000m3/Hour

This modular assembly dust filter is applied for small to medium sized workshops/production facilities and is for external location only.Options for dust collection are either free-fall discharge via a rotary valve into sealed bulk bags or discharge into either a pneumatic/mechanical conveying system to biomass storage silo in-feed or loading a road transport container

Blower Filter Range >25,000m3/Hour

The blower filter is an ATEX Certified negative pressure filter system with the extraction fan set on the clean air side. A low noise solution designed for continuous operation and constructed from 3mm high strength steel with a powder coated finish to corrosion class C3 cf. ISO 12944.

This filter series is designed to be used in conjunction with our MTD fan range, operating at around 80% efficiency when compared to a traditional fan of around 55%

The Blower filter is fitted with 180º tangential inlets to ensure effective separation of heavy materials before the process air passes through the filter media.

Standard height is 1000 mm from the base of the filter to the floor to allow for bulk bag waste material storage, this height can be extended to meet our customer needs.

SB90 Super Blower Filter System >45,000m3/Hour

The  Super‐Blower  Filter  system  is  proven  to  provide  reliable  operating  performance,  explosion  safety, maximum  energy  efficiency,  24  hour  operation  and  is  capable of handling all dust types.

SBF Super Blower Filter System above 45,000m3/Hour

For Applications above 45,000m³/h the Super-Blower is a market leading, highly efficient filtration system designed for24 Hour continuous operation and suitable for handling various dust types and materials. The Super-Blower filter is fully ATEX certified and conforms to EC regulations with the use of VFV Explosion Relief.(Vertical Flameless Venting)

Explosion panels are mounted in the roof venting an explosion vertically. At the initial design concept, safety was of paramount importance. It is the only system on the market place whereby you can safely stand on a flat surface inside all compartments of the filter body to undertake any maintenance work, there is also an ATEX Certified internal lighting system as standard.

Filter bags are easily changed without dust exposure. The PLC control panel logs all faults and displays when service is due. To meet with the requirements of a modern production facility, the Super-Blower filter is equipped with a unique filter cleaning system PowerPulse®. This allows stable condition of the filter media and enables the system to operate for continuous periods

The design of the Super-Blower main exhaust fan set reduces the electrical energy consumption by approximately 30%when compared with a traditional modular system. The variable speed drive reduces this by a further 20%. = 50% Electrical Energy Savings.
