They have recently invested at their Ripon site, in the latest technology of machinery including an Indusvent Super Blower dust extraction system.

The Super-Blower in this case is rated at an extraction capacity of 60,000 m3/hour. Comprising Indusvent’s unique scraper discharge arrangement which eliminates the risk of material bridging and power pulse filter bag cleaning system ensuring stable operation. The speed of the main exhaust fan set automatically modulates to suit the extraction demand, this ensures the lowest possible electrical energy consumption is achieved.
The Super-Blower system has proven to be 58% more energy efficient than a traditional positive pressure extraction system.

This system is Atex compliant and also includes Vertical Flameless Explosion Venting (VFV)
