Indusvent recently completed a ductwork installation using Ø700 HG Mild Steel powder coated ductwork at a Wood recycling facility

Due to the high volume of material throughput approximately 6 to 12 tons per hour depending upon loading and the extremely abrasive nature of the material being conveyed, our smooth internal bore heavy guage mild steel ductwork with powder coated finish was selected as the best option to ensure maximum longevity in comparison with standard galvanised constructed ductwork.

This installation involved assembling large sections of ductwork at ground level which were craned into position using a 100 Ton crane.  Each lifting procedure including crane location and operation plan was pre-planned and undertaken by Indusvent engineers.
