A recently installed @Indusvent modular ductwork installation serving an Edge banding line at a furniture panel processing manufacturer.

The ductwork system is designed using the best airflow practices and @Indusvent clipped assembly internal smooth bore ducting.

All straight duct lengths have laser welded seams ensuring a good seal, all duct bends are 1.5D throat radius, all branch duct connections enter the manifold at 30 degrees and are fitted directly onto tapers pieces to maintain a consistent conveying air velocity.

PU Flexible hose kept to a minimum to ensure minimum frictional pressure losses, optimising energy efficiency.

The manifold design is carefully detailed with our Inventor 3D drawing package which also automatically creates a bill of materials ensuring cost.
