If a filter bag fails, would you begin filling your yard with sawdust until it is spotted by someone?

At Indusvent, we offer a Dwyer broken bag detection system that is installed in the fan outlet ducting, this is a rod sensor that must be at least the same as half the ducting diameter, we monitor this in our control system, see below.

After extensive testing we found that if 1 bag was penetrated that the particle count rose to excess of 500 pA, our level is set to 400 pA to avoid the odd spike shutting the system down, we have a trend graph display which allows us to monitor the condition remotely and report back to our customer if we spot an issue.
