INDUS/VAC/W1
The W1 industrial vacuum cleaner is the most compact and ergonomic of its category. Built with industrial components, it weighs less than 20 kg and its dimensions are extremely compact at 40x43x96h, making it easier to handle and more compact than many commercial vacuum cleaners that can be found in large scale distribution.
It is equipped with 1 single-phase motor, an M class Anti-static filter of 8.000cm2 and a large 15lt quick-release container.
A light and compact Industrial vacuum for use in the areas where our larger machines are too bulky, this machine has a 1.1kW motor and a 15Ltr tank capacity.
Every detail has been taken care of, the handle on the bin allows the transport in a horizontal position, a convenient position to overcome flights of stairs, obstacles on the floor or for loading into the car in the boot. The sturdy trolley rests on 4 wheels, 2 pivoting, for transporting the vacuum cleaner inside your premises, a second handle allows the motor head to be raised to inspect the large surface filter or to transport the vacuum cleaner like a trolley.
To maintain suction efficiency, we have equipped the vacuum cleaner with an innovative filter cleaning system using a filter shaking lever connected to a spring, this coil shakes the filter in a decisive manner even during the return phase, causing the detachment of almost all the material deposited on the filter media and guaranteeing the best performance of the vacuum cleaner.
The steel used in the construction of this compact industrial vacuum is the same as that used in larger vacuum cleaners in our range.

INDUS/VAC/W2
This vacuum cleaner is ideal for cleaning and handling small and medium amounts of dusts and solid material, especially in the Timber/Woodworking, chemical-pharmaceutical industry, and food industry.
Suction unit
The suction is developed by two single-phase motors, by-pass type, with independent switches, protected inside a solid steel motor head, containing sound-absorbing material that minimizes noise during service. The outlet air is directed downwards so as not to disturb the operator or stir up dust in the surrounding environment. The control panel located on the header includes two independent switches and a clogged filter indicator with warning light, useful to detect possible filter saturation. Two handles placed on the head allow you to lift it easily for any inspection or replacement of the filter below. The header is completed by a convenient cable hook.
Filtering unit
Inside the steel filtering chamber there is an M Class Anti-static star filter, which protects the suction unit, assures a high dust retention and guarantees the purity of the outgoing air, thanks to a large surface (2m2) and a high filtration efficiency (0.3 microns). A manual cleaning system, consisting of a vertically moving filter shaker, allows the operator to clean the filter effortlessly and at any time, prolonging the life of the filter, preventing it from becoming saturated and reducing suction performance. The suction system with Ø50 inlet positioned under the filter allows the simultaneous vacuuming of powders, solids and liquids (within the capacity of the container) without the need to replace or remove the filter.
Collection unit
The vacuumed material is deposited in a steel container with quick release mounted on wheels (capacity 40 ltr), which allows for quick and dirt-free disposal of the vacuumed material.
Among the various options available for the vacuum cleaner there is a big-bagging system that enables the safe suction of fine, toxic or harmful dust. This bagging system ensures that you never come into contact with the vacuumed dust.
The industrial vacuum cleaner is mounted on a sturdy powder-coated steel frame, equipped with non-marking swivel wheels with parking brake.

The W 3 is a powerful, versatile, agile, and very practical industrial vacuum cleaner.
This vacuum cleaner on wheels, equipped with three powerful by-pass motors and an accessory basket, integrates in every industrial sector: Timber/Woodworing, mechanical workshops, food companies, sandblasting, cement factories and surface treatment.
This compact single-phase vacuum cleaner is also available in the version with three 3-stage single-phase motors for the suction of material with high specific weight.
Its small size, the attention to detail in its construction and its practicality make it one of the vacuum cleaners most appreciated by our customers.
For our customers we provide the industrial vacuum cleaner with capacity 65ltr with the option to increase this to 100ltr.

Inside the steel filter chamber of the chip vacuum cleaner there’s an M Class Anti-static star filter, which protects the suction unit, ensuring high dust retention and assuring the purity of the air output, thanks to a large surface area (2m2) and high filtration efficiency (0.3 microns). A manual cleaning system, consisting of a vertical motion shaker, allows the operator to clean the filter effortlessly and at any time, prolonging the life of the filter, preventing saturation, and resulting reduction in intake performance. The vacuuming system with Ø80 inlet located below the filter, allows the simultaneously vacuuming of powders, solids and liquids without the need to replace or remove the filter from the single-phase vacuum cleaner.
