The operating performance of the system easily meets the current production 16 hours a day 5 days a week the customer had a strict requirement for a system that would give them reliability, low energy consumption and low cost of ownership, the Super Blower SB90 ticks all these boxes and the customer is delighted with the new system and its performance.

The Super-Blower system has proven to be 58% more energy efficient in terms of power consumption than a traditional positive pressure extraction system.

This system is Atex compliant and includes Vertical Flameless Explosion Venting (VFV)
It is also equipped with moisture repellent filter media and mechanical scraper discharger for handling sawdust with a moisture content above 25%.
