One of the UK’s leading manufacturers and distributors of quality wooden garden products for over 50 years has invested in an Indusvent Blower Filter 55 for their new exterior cladding production facility.

The BF55 will provide negative pressure extraction to a 6 spindle high speed moulder and automatic cross cut saw and has been designed with additional capacity for future machines should they be required, but only consuming power for what is running right now thanks to our intelligent Indusvent E control automatically sensing the extraction pressure and adjusting the extraction fan speed to maintain the extraction pressure, this ensures that we maintain transport velocity and don’t have any material dropping in the main line due to air starvation. The waste from the system is being blown into 1 of 2 trailers using our highly energy efficient JK35D transport fan, again using our automatic pressure sensing to switch between trailers when one is full, we can even send you an email or text message to let you know you need to swap the trailers over.

With both fans on the clean air side of the system they will never come into contact with the shavings so will never wear out or cause the fan casing to wear yet another big saving over the 30 years this system will be in place.
