This Super-Blower replaces 2 x traditional galvanised chain filter units and is proven to outperform the dated chain filters in all 3 key areas.

A +50% Electrical Energy saving is proven and achieved when compared with traditional positive pressure modular chain filters, with the High Efficiency extraction fans and enhanced optimisation via Indusvent e-control energy system which automatically modulates the fan speed to suit the demand…In addition to this is the unique Powerpulse® filter bag cleaning system ensuring the filter media is always in optimum condition, the design of the whole system is also carefully selected to ensure minimum frictional resistance, both in the suction ductwork lines and manifolds to the production machinery and the internal airflow within the Super-Blower filter.

 Vertical Flameless Explosion Venting (VFV) tested at independent TUV facility

Explosion isolation valves on all inlet ducts to eliminate any risk of an explosion flame returning to the workplace…Safe Maintenance access and egress to the filter section with internal ATEX lighting fitted
