So that you know we offer more than just new extraction systems, this week we carried out a redesign of a customer’s 2 existing modular extraction systems following some machine moves and investments in new equipment.

This job started with one of our aftersales engineers attending site to carry out a full LEV test and detailed survey of the customer’s existing system to allow us to ascertain the fan and filter performance, this was soon followed by our Project co-ordinator drawing a full 3D site layout, we then presented this to the customer on site where we agreed the new machine positions, once the changes were made to the layout we designed the ducting system to ensure the most efficient outcome. The bill of materials from this drawing were then imported into our ERP system to ensure our quote is for exactly what is required.

This customer is very happy with the outcome and has only had to pay for the ducting modifications rather than 2 new systems.
